Miles Alexander Taylor is an associate in Dechert's New York office. His practice focuses primarily on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, Chapter 15 and cross-border proceedings and related transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Taylor served as a law clerk to the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.

  • The voluntary administrators of Virgin Australia Holdings, Ltd., with respect to AU$1.9 billion, successfully obtaining recognition of the Australian foreign main proceeding in the Southern District of New York. 
  • An ad hoc group of first lien lenders from CEC Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates in Chapter 11 cases involving US$2 billion in liabilities. 
  • An ad hoc group of senior noteholders from Aeroméxico, Mexico’s flagship airline, and its affiliates in Chapter 11 cases involving US$2 billion in liabilities.
