Cephas Chen

Cephas Chen is an associate in the financial services and investment management group. Mr. Chen focuses his practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and business development companies (BDCs), as well as their boards and investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance matters.

Mr. Chen has also assisted clients with developing and launching new ETFs and BDCs as well as regulatory and compliance matters relating to existing funds and requests for exemptive relief from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
